Warrior Baseball Weight Training Program
Build Strength. Boost Speed. Train Like a Warrior.
Service Description
Led by former college athlete Landon Choboy and supported by a team of experienced instructors including Vito Patierno, Hayden Myrick, and Coach Greer, the Warriors Youth Baseball Weight Training Program is built from the ground up to develop the explosive strength and athleticism young baseball and softball players need to compete at a high level. This 6-week program includes 12 total workouts, held twice a week, with a strong emphasis on form, technique, and movement efficiency. Rather than chasing max lifts, the focus is on explosively moving weight with control to enhance performance while reducing the risk of injury. While foundational lifts like back squats and deadlifts are part of the training, they are executed with precision and purpose—not simply for load. The program blends the collective experience of three former college athletes with advanced knowledge of functional training and injury prevention, creating a safe and high-level environment for youth athletes to thrive. With a small group format of just 10 athletes, each participant receives individualized instruction and attention, allowing coaches to correct form, adjust movements, and tailor progressions to each athlete's needs. Whether your athlete is looking to improve their speed, power, durability, or simply gain confidence in the weight room, this program is a game-changing opportunity designed with both performance and long-term health in mind. Sessions are held inside the War Room, our dedicated strength and training facility.
