10U - WARRIORS BASEBALL

The 10U Warriors Baseball team is an exciting stage where young athletes build on core fundamentals while beginning to explore more advanced techniques and competitive play. Led by Coach Mike Gaglione, this team focuses on sharpening mechanics, improving baseball IQ, and developing confidence through structured practices and meaningful game experience. Based in Raleigh, NC, the 10U Warriors compete in regional tournaments designed to challenge players and support their growth.

Coach Gaglione brings a patient, instructional approach that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and strong effort. Players learn proper footwork, clean defensive movements, situational awareness, and a more intentional approach at the plate. Under Coach Gaglione’s guidance, athletes develop the habits that will carry them into the next levels of the game while still enjoying the fun and excitement that youth baseball should offer.
