11U EVERETTE- WARRIORS BASEBALL
The 11U Warriors Baseball team is a key development year where players build on foundational skills and begin learning the game at a more advanced level. Led by Coach Eli Everette, this team focuses on strengthening fundamentals, improving baseball IQ, and helping young athletes gain confidence through repetition, instruction, and competitive play. Based in Raleigh, NC, the 11U Warriors compete in well-run regional tournaments that offer valuable experience against strong opponents.
Coach Everette brings a steady, energetic coaching style that encourages effort, discipline, and a team-first mindset. Training emphasizes clean mechanics, situational awareness, defensive versatility, and smarter approaches at the plate. Under his guidance, players develop the habits and mental focus necessary for long-term success as they continue progressing through the Warriors program.

ABOUT:
We would like to introduce our 11U head coach, Elijah Everett. Coach Everett is a former multi-sport standout, he had his pick of college baseball and football scholarships but chose the gridiron, lettering as a punter at Fayetteville State University. His baseball journey didn’t end there—he earned multiple tryouts with professional teams before ultimately transitioning to the corporate world. We are excited for him to join the warrior’s village and pass on his knowledge of the game on to your 10U players.
Note from Eli: With over 25 years as a software engineer and nearly a decade as a commercial real estate broker, I bring precision, strategy, and leadership to the game. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring. I thrive on developing young athletes, fueling their love for the game, and shaping future leaders on and off the field.
